The Little Sensory Company offers a variety of sessions for children from newborn through to five years of age. Roxanne Hodson, mum of two and founder of The Little Sensory Company has developed this unique company to offer parents and children a nurturing environment in which to spend time together and enjoy new experiences through sensory exploration. Sensory activities naturally encourage children to create, investigate and explore the world around them. Children learn best and retain the most information when they engage their senses. Many of our favourite memories are associated with one or more of our senses. By giving children the opportunity to investigate materials with no preconceived knowledge, you’re helping them to develop their cognitive and creative abilities.

I’m Beth, proud new leader of Little Mess and Glow Thurmaston, Syston and surrounding areas.
I am a new mum to a cheeky 8 month old girl called Lily and absolutely love spending quality time with her attending baby groups, aiding her development and simply just having fun!
As a qualified nurse of 6 years and maternity leave almost at it’s end, I knew the long working hours of being away from her was not what I wanted and instead I wanted to find something that I loved doing, that still meant helping others but also allowed me to spend more time with Lily.
That’s where little Mess and Glow came into it. As a lover of sensory, crafts and the sessions myself, it was a no brainier to jump at this opportunity which also allows me to meet lots of new parent friends too.
So come and join me at one of my relaxing little glow sessions or a fun filled messy play class, event or party; where you will meet some new friends, let your little ones explore and have fun.
