Self care, wellbeing and mindfulness for mums. Online courses that are accessible from anywhere in the UK can be completed in the comfort of your own home. Motherhood isn't always easy, and following lived in experience of postnatal depression, and training in mindfulness and mental health, my courses combine tried and tested tips with techniques that really work. Hundreds of mums have benefitted from my easy to follow sessions, and learned life long skills to help ease feelings of stress, manage anxiety symptoms, combat overwhelm and feel calmer, content and in control in their role as a mother. Mindfulness can be practiced by parents and children alike, and is a great skill to teach the whole family. Courses typically contain: Goal setting sessions (to get the most out of the course), balancing life admin /workload support, self care and relaxation techniques, mindfulness and grounding exercises for good mental health and wellbeing, postnatal fitness, parenting support, peer support with course book and journal! Face to face courses take place in Surrey, UK.
