What The Mindful Birth Group® says

Mindful Birth courses are all about preparing your mind and body for pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. We help you to prepare for all kinds of birthing scenarios- for home births, at birth centres, with an induction, with medicated pain relief at the labour ward and by caesarean abdominal birth. We also provide postnatal support to families through the online Parent Hub. As well as the course you will receive: - A printed course workbook - 6 X relaxation MP3s - A pack of positive affirmation cards - Exclusive discounts with some of our favourite brands When you book a course you also gain access to the online Parent Hub app which includes: - Weekly LIVE Pregnancy Yoga sessions on Zoom to encourage you to take some time out anytime from 14 weeks of pregnancy. - Monthly live relaxation sessions on Zoom - ‘Postnatal Preparation’ live Zoom session -Weekly LIVE Parent & Baby sessions. These are held on Zoom and encourage you to join us for a very relaxed and fun mindful movement session anytime from 6 weeks post vaginal birth, and 10-12 weeks post assisted/abdominal birth WhatsApp support from your teacher and your group throughout your pregnancy and 4th trimester Head to our website for more information
