Ballet with your Bear
Classes for children age 3 to 4¾ years are very special as they introduce children to music and movement in a structured yet imaginative way. The classes, suitable for boys and girls, are ballet based inasmuch as they will learn to point their feet, bend their knees correctly, jump and skip, use their arms and express themselves in a positive and confident manner - the basis for all forms of dance. The classes, which are disciplined but fun, aim to “kick start” the child’s appreciation of music and dance which will remain with them for life. A wide range of music is used including nursery rhymes, orchestral and piano music. Children will develop self-confidence and improved posture, benefiting good health and assured life-skills which they will carry with them into the future.

Further opportunities
From the age of 4¾ years children can continue with more formal Ballet classes as well as move on to Modern Movers.

Modern Movers
Fun, up-tempo classes for children age from 4¾ years which provide an introduction to Modern Theatre and Tap Dance.

Junior Jazzers
Introducing Commercial Jazz in an exciting 30-minute class for children age from 5 years.
