Hi, I’m Cathryn!

Since 2016, I’ve had the joy of running Tots Play classes across Wolverhampton, welcoming hundreds of families and little ones on their playful journeys. As a mum of three (now all energetic teenagers—not so little anymore!), I still remember how precious those early years were.​

When my boys were small, I loved attending classes and groups with them. Those moments of connection, learning, and fun made a lasting impression and inspired my approach to running Tots Play today. I understand the challenges of balancing work and family, as I spent many years juggling life as a busy working mum before taking the plunge to focus fully on family life. That experience shaped my commitment to making these classes a place where you and your child can feel relaxed, supported, and encouraged.

Tots Play Wolverhampton has been running since June 2016, and it’s been a wonderful adventure getting to know so many families in our community—some who are now bringing along their second (or third!) child to classes. I feel incredibly lucky to have built lasting connections and friendships over these years.​

I’m often asked whether our classes are suitable for children with additional needs. They absolutely are! Because our sessions focus on developmental stage, not age, every child can take part at their own pace and in their own way. My own family’s journey has included supporting additional needs, so I understand how important it is for every child and parent to feel welcome, included, and celebrated.

Every Tots Play session is packed with activities designed to keep both you and your little one engaged and smiling. We’re all about play, connection, and fun—always in a friendly, pressure-free atmosphere.​
