Supportive small group classes, bringing together mums on their fitness journey at whatever stage they are. We focus on fun, safe and focused classes that offer each mama individual guidance. We have tea and coffee after each session and its the sense of community and support that makes us different! We guarantee you haven't been to a class like this. Mama fit MODE is run by Jade a new(ish) mum with over 15 years experience in the personal training and fitness industry, she also offers a progression class Mama Strong MODE and at the studio we also run pregnancy yoga, Mama and baby yoga, hypnobirthing and antenatal classes. Oh and we have a basement gym and treatment room for personal training and more holistic wellbeing classes such as Tibetan singing bowls sessions.
