Good To Know

Parking: There is parking provided at the rear of the building, which can be accessed off of Hill Street, down a small road that runs between the railway track and David Kear Opticians. Turn right before the entrance of the builders merchants and drive straight through to the car park. All spaces are available for course attendees, so please ignore the Business Only signs. If there are no available spaces then please use these other car parks: Swan Road (Free, 3 minute walk) Bream Road (Pay&Display, 3 minute walk) Newerne Street (Pay&Display, 5 minute walk) What to bring: Yoga mats, floor cushions and birth balls are provided, but please feel free to bring some/all of the following items with you for added comfort: soft pillow blanket water bottle
