What Vital Cores Wellbeing says

Newborn Nurture is about calming holds, touch, gentle massage and yoga to help introduce your baby from womb to world. This is a wonderful way to help parents and babies embrace the fourth trimester.

Yoga involves stretching, mini poses and movements for baby, with a few yoga inspired stretches for parents. This is a lovely way to aid your baby's development: core strength, balance, flexibility, bi-lateral co-ordination, whilst playing and bonding with baby.

Kids yoga uses games, props, music, story-telling and more to introduce yoga poses, breathing techniques and relaxation to children.

Postnatal Yoga has a strong emphasis on restoring your core and pelvic floor, looking at alignment and posture, releasing stress and tension from the neck and shoulders and relaxation and breath. We connect with our breathe, helping our bodies to relax and heal.

Sleep Support is NOT sleep training. I can offer gentle advise and techniques to help your baby settle into a sleeping routine that suits you and your family.
