WILD BALANCE
Holistic Approach to Wellbeing
What Wild Balance says
My name is Natasha Debrosse and I created Story Time Stretches - Yoga for Kids based on a story book. This unique approach combines storytelling with simple yoga poses, mindfulness, and breathing techniques, creating a fun and meaningful experience for children.
As we read together, kids act out the story with yoga poses, making the experience interactive, fun, and memorable.
I am a Yoga Therapist (intern), have completed my 500 Yoga Teacher Training, and have a 4yr old daughter. I am also DBS checked with Paediatric First Aid.
Story Time Stretches is aimed at 3-7yr olds with benefits for children including:

Body awareness: Children learn to notice how their bodies move and how different poses feel.
