Thank you for taking the time to visit me here. 
I am Natasha, and I specialise in Yoga, Yoga Therapy, Personal Training and Decluttering.

I know sometimes beginning or restarting a wellbeing journey can seem daunting - for starters there are so many buzz words like "wellbeing" and "journey" - so please take your time and explore the different services I provide.

You don't need to understand what Yoga Therapy is (I mean, who does?) or know how to do a squat, and you definitely don't need to be able to touch your toes.

We come as we are.
We use what we have.
We do what we can.

I am sure there will be something to support you wherever you find yourself right now.
