Yoga for Parents and babies This class welcomes all expecting parents and parents with young babies, before they start walking Come and practice gentle movement and mindful breathing in a safe space. Do bring any toys or milk for the babies. We will practice gentle movement mainly designed for parents, but with baby in mind too. Mats are provided.

About

Laura is a mother to a playful toddler and an experienced yoga teacher, teaching in London for the past four years. She teaches Hatha Yoga, Yoga for children and families and specialises in Yoga Therapy for Anxiety. Private classes at your home are also available, please ask for details.
