Pregnancy is a true wonder and the journey of growing and nourishing your baby within you is one of great joy. It can also be one of anxiety and worry. Creating and nurturing a home for your baby as they grow and dedicating time to yourself in honouring your journey is vital. Pregnancy yoga helps you to come home to your body in a time of profound change. Connecting with your golden breath, your baby and finding moments of serenity in your body is not only liberating and soothing, but also helps in preparation for birth and beyond. I welcome all pregnant yogis to my classes. No experience is required and I offer modifications for any particular pregnancy related symptoms. My classes offer a safe sanctuary to return to and an opportunity to build a community with fellow mamas. I look forward to welcoming you.
