Yoga Kats, are yoga classes for kids aged 2.5 - 16. Unlike an adult Yoga class, children learn yoga and yoga techniques through storytelling, games and having fun. Each week we go on a Yoga adventure, practise Yoga poses. We play Yoga games or do Yoga Crafts. We learn how to use our breath to help control our emotions. Our classes help improve balance, strength, co-ordination and help maintain children's natural flexibility. Classes encourage creativity and mindfulness and help ease anxiety, improve concentration and confidence, for a healthy body and mind
