We offer prenatal yoga classes to mums who are in their 2nd and/or 3rd trimester. The class focuses on giving them tools that will alleviate common pregnancy aches and anxieties through graded posture sequencing, appropriate breathwork, and meditation. The yoga class helps the mums prepare their bodies and mind for labour and childbirth. Our mum-and-baby yoga classes are for mothers 8 weeks post-partum. Each class focuses on strengthening the bond between baby and mum through exercises and play. These help the baby sleep better whilst helping the mother relax, breathe and, ease back into yoga.
