Mum and baby yoga classes are the perfect way to enjoy postnatal yoga whilst bonding with your new baby.

Every class is a welcoming space where you are free to relax and be yourself. All feeding, breastfeeding and nappy changes are welcome in mum and baby yoga!

About

Hi, I'm Sinead. I'm a mum of two young boys, and I'm a yoga teacher.

I began practicing yoga over 20 years ago, and qualified to become a teacher in 2015. Since then I have taken on extra study with advanced teacher training, yoga nidra courses, and most recently a pregnancy and post-natal yoga therapy course.

Professionally I teach hot yoga, I deliver yoga teacher trainings so that others can become yoga teachers, I plan, book and deliver yoga retreats and holidays, and I offer private sessions.

I never thought my professional life would compliment my journey into motherhood. But then I discovered the reality of becoming a mother!

With all it's beauty, divinity and boundless love, there also comes tough days, low moods, loneliness, high pressure and not a lot of societal support.

I realised just how hard mothers work every day.

And then I became very passionate about sharing the deeply nourishing practices of yoga with mothers. This yoga that was getting me through, keeping me grounded, stable, strong and confident. This is something that needs to be offered to all parents, especially in a community setting.

And this is what you'll discover if you come to learn yoga with me.

You will be welcomed into a safe and inclusive space, by a yoga teacher and a mum who gets it.

You will learn the practices that keep you strong and nourished, and most importantly, that remind you of who you truly are.
