What Yogarise says

My classes help you to not only engage with your baby to better understand their cues, but to provide a pathway to postnatal healing. Learn holds, swings and stretches to release joints and free up trapped energy for you and baby. Designed to be restorative and fun, I combine songs with sensory tools and movement exploration to help you breathe better and release stress. I offer my baby yoga classes as 6-week courses that are themed around stretch, balance and restore.

About

As a child gymnast and skier, I discovered yoga as a way to rehabilitate from injury. I also rely upon yoga for valuable breathing space while working in PR/Communications for The British Wheel of Yoga (BWY).

I hold a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Diploma with the BWY (British Wheel of Yoga), the national governing body of yoga, and a 550-hour Yoga Therapy Diploma accredited by The British Council of Yoga Therapists. I also have postgraduate qualifications in teaching Pregnancy yoga, Baby yoga, Well Woman Yoga and Children’s yoga with both the BWY and Birthlight. I am fully insured and qualified in emergency first aid.
