Pregnancy Yoga
A time to nurture both mother & baby, ease any pregnancy symptoms. Learn Pregnancy yoga poses/exercises for the second trimester and third trimester. Safe for beginners with no yoga experience.

When is it safe to start pregnancy yoga? You can attend anytime from 14 weeks to full term (40 weeks +). Pregnancy yoga is a safe way to exercise, stretch, stay calm and focus on your breath. What is pregnancy yoga good for? It can help you reduce stress, anxiety, Increase the strength, mobility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth.

How do you know if it’s safe to do pregnancy yoga? Over 1000 ladies have attended these classes online or in-person, Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies.

Looking to move your body safely postnatally and to feel stronger? I am a Highly experienced teacher and this is a welcoming and friendly class, there will be yoga for you, movement and songs for baby, and time for tea and a chat at the end (30mins).
