All our classes aim to create a community where you feel safe, make friends and help you focus on improving your mindset and mental health. Adult - group fitness classes that aim to help you move and smile more, whatever your age or fitness level. Baby and Toddler classes that allow our little bums to develop Social, Motor and Emotional skills, through music, movement and lots of fun.
