A TOUCH OF KINDNESS

A Touch of Kindness is a gentle, 4-week baby massage course designed to nurture connection, confidence and calm.

These small, supportive classes are home-based in Cheam, creating a relaxed and welcoming space for you and your baby. Alternatively, private group bookings are available in the comfort of your own home perfect for a small group of friends.

Over four weeks, you’ll learn soothing, responsive baby massage techniques covering:

• Legs & feet

• Tummy (including a gentle colic routine)

• Chest & arms

• Face & back

Each session builds gradually so you feel confident practising at home. We focus not just on technique, but on connection helping your baby feel secure, seen and safe through calm, loving touch.

Baby massage may help to:

• Ease colic and trapped wind

• Support digestion

• Encourage better sleep

• Reduce tension and restlessness

• Strengthen your bond

Classes are kept intentionally small to allow space for questions, reassurance and shared experience with other parents. There is time at the end of each session for refreshments and relaxed conversation because this hour supports you too.

Suitable for babies from birth to pre-crawling.

Gift vouchers are also available and make beautiful gifts for new parents.

Classes are led by Michelle, a highly experienced NNEB-qualified nursery nurse with over 30 years of experience working with babies and children. She was also part of the Health Visiting team for 15 years, supporting families with infant development, feeding, sleep and early bonding.

Michelle is fully DBS checked and committed to safeguarding, creating a safe, nurturing and professional environment for both babies and parents.

Her extensive background in early years and family support means she brings both professional knowledge and a calm, reassuring presence to every session. Parents are gently guided through techniques while feeling supported, never rushed or overwhelmed.

She also has experience supporting children with additional needs and will always adapt techniques to suit your baby’s individual temperament and development.
