ADRENALIN DANCE PRODUCTIONS

Adrenalin Dance is all about sparking a love of movement, music, and creativity in children – from their very first dance steps right through to confident, experienced young dancers. Based in Hackney and Clapton, we’ve built a thriving dance community where every child is supported, encouraged and celebrated.

For our Early Years dancers, we offer four fun, imaginative classes:

✨ Hop – gentle first steps in creative dance, taken together with a parent or carer.
✨ Bop – the natural next step (ages 5–6), building independence, confidence, and creativity.
✨ Groovy Boogie – funky disco-style party dances with Coach AJ, full of fun and energy.
✨ Romp & Roll – our popular Friday morning adult & toddler session, perfect for little ones who just love to move!

All of our early years classes are designed to be playful, supportive and inclusive, giving children the perfect foundation for a lifelong love of dance.

As children grow, there’s a clear pathway to our older age group classes in Breaking (breakdance), Contemporary, Acro and Street Styles. Many of our dancers go on to perform, take part in battles and showcases, and even train in our brand-new Breaking Academy, but above all they build friendships, resilience and self-confidence along the way.
