Hop (ages 4–5)

Hop is the perfect first step into the world of dance at Adrenalin – and the first class where children join in all by themselves, without parents or carers in the room.

Through playful, creative dance, children learn to follow instructions, explore their imagination, and respond to music with their whole bodies. Each session develops coordination, musicality, and self-expression, all while keeping the focus on fun.

With plenty of space to move freely, Hop gives little dancers the confidence to shine on their own and lays the foundation for a lifelong love of movement.

This is a fun, creative dance session, aimed at all children aged 3-4
