Learn the empowering skill of how to give your baby a beneficial massage from head to toe, slowing building at your baby's pace week on week. You will leave our courses feeling confident in massaging your baby, and will be beginning to see the multiple benefits massaging your baby has on them, and on you. Gently massaging your baby allows you as a parent to slow down, check in with your baby and deeply connect with them. It creates beautiful opportunities to bond with your new baby and every massage stroke sends the message to your baby that they are loved, cared for and safe. Our courses are designed with parents in mind too; we start each class with a wellbeing exercise so that you can take a moment for you and your needs. Our courses are held in hand picked destinations across East London so that you can take a stroll after and pop into your favourite coffee shop, independent store and/or restaurant so you can have a treat after treating your little one. Mother & More is owned by Becks; a Baby Massage Instructor, EFT Tapping Practitioner and Life Coach.

Becks has a master's degree in social work and practiced for nearly a decade supporting children and families in various roles. She trained in baby massage and built a local business after attending a baby massage course herself with her new baby nearly 4 years ago and fell in love with the whole process.

Following her qualification in baby massage, she recently trained as a life coach with a mission to support mothers on their motherhood journey. She says "I used my difficult beginning of motherhood and balancing my career as my driver for change, creating a life that works for me and my family. Today I am building an army of happier, healthier and more connected mothers.

Mother & More also uses these principles within their ever popular baby massage courses and ensure that parents' wellbeing is at the forefront. Each class begins with gentle breathing and wellbeing exercises which enable our parents to check in with themselves, slow down and connect deeply with their baby.

Mother & More set up weekend workshops for dads to bridge the gap between dads that wanted to attend classes with their babies, but couldn't midweek. Our workshops enable dads to learn the empowering skill of baby massage, to share some precious 1:1 bonding time with their babies and meet other local dads too.
