Baby Massage Classes – Relax, Bond & Connect

Our baby massage classes offer a calm, nurturing space where you can slow down, relax and enjoy special one-to-one time with your baby. Designed for both you and your little one, these sessions support bonding, relaxation and early development in a gentle and supportive environment.

Each class guides you through simple, safe baby massage techniques, taught step by step so you can feel confident and comfortable. Massage can help soothe babies, support digestion, ease wind and colic, improve sleep and promote overall wellbeing — while also helping parents feel more connected and in tune with their baby’s needs.

Sessions are unhurried and baby-led, with plenty of time to pause for feeds, cuddles or nappy changes. We focus on reading your baby’s cues, responding to them with confidence and creating a positive, calm experience for you both.

Alongside massage, classes include gentle stretches, relaxation techniques and quiet moments, helping babies become more aware of their bodies while supporting physical and emotional development. You’ll also learn tips you can use at home to make massage part of your daily routine.
