Join us for Foundations for Strong Motherhood - a supportive, practical session led by Ben Simpkins, Head Personal Trainer at London Fitness Mamas.
This session is all about helping you understand how your body has changed during pregnancy and birth, and how to rebuild strength, mobility and confidence in a way that actually works for you. You can join at any stage postpartum - whether you’ve just had a baby or you’re busy chasing after a toddler.
We’ll cover:
💪 How pregnancy and birth affect the body
🧘♀️ Rebuilding strength, balance and core function - including pelvic floor and diastasis recti
🤸♀️ Gentle stretches and exercises you can start using right away (bring a yoga mat if you can!)
💬 A relaxed, informative talk with plenty of time for questions and discussion
Your ticket also includes a hot or soft drink of your choice and a chance to connect with other local parents. We'll bring a play mat with some toys to help keep the little ones entertained so you can get the most out of the session.
