My courses are not the “traditional hypnobirthing” courses you may have heard of; they are informative, focused on you and your partner and share with you practical evidence based information alongside some amazing hypnobirthing tools & techniques to help prepare you for birth and beyond.

Barefaced birth was born from a desire to support couples on their journey to becoming parents whilst navigating the maternity system and learning all about birth. I believe that all couples deserve to have a beautiful and empowering birth experience however their birth happens.

Group classes in Nottingham and private full hypnobirthing courses, refresher sessions through to power hours- each course perfectly bespoke for your requirements, available online and in person.

I am really passionate about supporting couples with their birth education to help them to get informed about everything they need to know about birth so that they can feel confident ,informed and looking forward to a positive birth experience. I am really passionate about providing evidence based no nonsense birth education for everyone; supporting informed decision making and postnatal and birth trauma support.

I go above and beyond to make sure that you feel as supported as possible-whatever you need, I’ve got you covered!
