Barefaced Birth offers Honest + Informed + Empowering 5* rated hypnobirthing courses in Nottingham and online.

My courses are not the “traditional hypnobirthing” courses you may have heard of; they are informative, focused on you and your partner and share with you practical evidence based information alongside some amazing hypnobirthing tools & techniques to help prepare you for birth and beyond.

Barefaced birth was born from a desire to support couples on their journey to becoming parents whilst navigating the maternity system and learning all about birth. I believe that all couples deserve to have a beautiful and empowering birth experience however their birth happens.

I am really passionate about providing evidence based no nonsense birth education for everyone; supporting informed decision making and postnatal and birth trauma support.

A full comprehensive birth preparation course that is interactive, relaxed and educational taught in Nottingham City Centre at the Natural Wellness Centre.

My course is purely evidence based using the latest research, statistics and studies to ensure that you can trust everything you will learn on the course.

£250 per couple (birthing person plus their birth partner)

Group classes are kept small (maximum of 4 couples per course); this ensures that you can ask as many questions during sessions as you would like to in a comfortable and supported space.

The course is taught over 4 weeks, 4 X 2 hour sessions -7-9pm at the Natural Wellness Centre, 108 Derby Rd, Nottingham. NG1 5FB*.

It is a beautiful relaxing space which is perfect for our sessions helping you to relax and learn. It also has parking directly outside and is easily accessible by bus, tram or walking from the city centre. All classes include refreshments, cakes and snacks!
