Perfect for mums ready to return to movement after their 8-10 week GP sign-off. C-section mums should be at least 10 weeks postpartum.
On arrival, as you approach the church main doors, keep following the path around to the right (slightly behind the church) and the hall is there.
Please bring an insulated mug with a lid for a hot drink
You may also wish to bring a blanket for your baby to lie on (yoga mat provided)
