Through our Baby Massage and Baby Yoga classes, we help new parents learn simple, effective techniques to soothe tummy troubles, support their baby’s development, and build a deep, lasting bond.

Whether you join us in person in Wetherby or Leeds, or learn from home through our online courses, Birch Holistics is a calm and welcoming space for parents and babies to find comfort, connection, and relief.

About

Hello, I’m Katherine, the founder of Birch Holistics.

Movement and connection have always been part of my life, first through dance, and later through yoga. I’ve experienced first-hand how powerful gentle movement and mindful touch can be in supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing.

After becoming a mum myself, I felt drawn to share these benefits with other parents; helping them find calm, confidence, and connection through positive touch. In 2024, I created Birch Holistics to offer baby massage and baby yoga classes that nurture both parent and baby.

I especially love supporting new parents as they learn to soothe tummy troubles, ease discomfort, and enjoy those precious moments of bonding. Every class is designed to be baby-led, relaxed, and welcoming; a space where you can slow down, connect, and truly enjoy time with your little one.

Based just north of Leeds, I currently teach in Wetherby and Headingley, as well as offering an online baby massage course for parents who prefer to learn from home.
