BLISSFUL BABY AND ME

Blissful Baby and Me is a gentle, nurturing baby massage course designed to support both you and your baby in a calm and welcoming space.

Each class offers a peaceful environment where parents can slow down, connect with their baby, and enjoy some well-deserved time for themselves. You’ll be guided through baby massage using organic massage oils, with plenty of time to relax, bond, and follow your baby’s natural cues.

A key part of every session is dedicated ‘me’ time for parents. During this time, you’ll be invited to unwind using luxury Tropic skincare products, allowing you to nourish your skin, relax your senses, and enjoy a moment of calm just for you. This self-care element is thoughtfully woven into each class, encouraging parents to pause, breathe, and feel looked after too.

Parents can also enjoy refreshments during the session, and every family receives a carefully curated goodie bag. Throughout the course, you’ll create keepsakes to treasure long after the classes end.

A special highlight of the course is week 4, where a professional photographer joins the session to capture natural, heartfelt moments between you and your baby (optional and at an additional cost).

The course runs over 4 weeks and is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 parents and babies, ensuring a relaxed, supportive, and intimate experience for everyone.

In addition to the weekly classes, one or two Baby Spa sessions will run each month, offering a beautiful extra opportunity for parents and babies to enjoy a soothing, spa-style experience together ✨

My name is Deborah. I am a qualified primary school teacher and Assistant Headteacher with 16 years of teaching experience. I have three children of my own, my youngest being just 5 weeks! I bring to the classes, my experience as a teacher and as mother together create a warm and nurturing class for you and your baby.
