Mum&Baby Class: Yoga for Mum, for baby and both together!! Relaxed, fun class, start to work on strengthening back, abs and pelvic floor muscles and also meet other new mums! Pregnancy yoga and Birth Prep Class: Nurturing, flowing yoga classes to help you build strength, bond with your baby and prepare for your birth. This is more than just a yoga class. We cover a different topic each week related to pregnancy, birth or beyond, giving you the chance to build your support network, connecting with other local mums. I teach breathing techniques to help you relax and prepare for labour and birth, release tension and reduce any anxiety you may be feeling. You will learn yoga postures safe for pregnancy and I always give modifications so you can adjust your practice to how you feel that week.

About

I’m Pamela, mummy and wife, and I teach yoga for women at all life stages.

I started teaching yoga 5 years ago in November 2017, after deciding to do my yoga training while I was on maternity leave with my second son. Before I taught yoga, I was a retail manager and had a very busy, stressful job. I found a love and passion for yoga and supporting woman through pregnancy, birth, motherhood and beyond.

I’m not your typical yogi or fitness fanatic. I have a tummy after having my boys that I’ve learned to accept. I consume a lot of coffee and cake. I’m relatively flexible, but my core and my strength are still questionable and something I’m slowly working on!

I have 3 sons, and so I’m well outnumbered in my house. We don’t sleep well at all, and most of what I do generally revolves around my boys. So, wherever you are on your journey, there’s a good chance I’ve been there, or close, or that I’m on my way there now and I’d love to share it with you.

I’m so happy and lucky that I get to call this my job, and I’m ever so thankful to each and every person who joins me at one of my classes.

I teach hypnobirthing, pregnancy yoga and birth prep classes, mum and baby classes and womens yoga too.
