Description

These mum and baby classes are a perfect blend of yoga for you and yoga stretches with songs and fun for baby. The focus for mum is on building strength and stamina safely post birth. We also include baby in some of our asanas, allowing you to still practice while holding your little one.

We do baby yoga to encourage your little ones body to grow and develop, creating a fun and beautiful bonding experience for you and baby. This class is very baby led so please don’t worry if you baby is crying, feeding or needs changed.

Classes are suitable from around 6 weeks post partum, or 8-10 weeks if you had a caesarean section. Absolutely no experience of yoga is needed to join mum and baby class. Classes are booked in 6 week blocks for £56. Blocks are rolling, which means you can start anytime that suits you, as long as there is space.
