What Bond baby massage and yoga says

We currently hold 3 baby classes. We have an introduction to baby massage course which teaches parents strokes to do at home along with all the benefits baby massage brings. As with our introduction course, our song and story massage also teaches parents the massage strokes, so they can carry on enjoying massaging their baby at home. In these classes we complement the strokes with lots of nursery rhymes and 3 of the sessions are based around well known and loved children’s stories. We provide mats, cushions, organic oil (for massage classes) and refreshments. We recognise that building connections with fellow parents is incredibly valuable, so there is plenty of time to chat with other parents after the class. There is a large free car park, buggy access and space inside to leave your buggy. Come and join us and build a deeper connection with your little one and meet other parents in a supportive and caring environment.

Hi! My name is Katie and I’m the founder of Bond baby massage and yoga.

My background is in law, but after taking a career break, I realised my heart was no longer in it.

I attended baby massage and yoga classes with my two children and as well as experiencing all the lovely benefits that the classes bring, I loved how much closer I felt to my son and daughter after the sessions.

I also really appreciated meeting the other parents in the classes as being a new parent can some times be a bit isolating.

I therefore decided to create Bond and give the parents and babies in my local area a chance to increase the bond with their little ones and connect with other parents.
