An informal, welcoming session to learn more about Breathe & Bloom.

This relaxed, baby-friendly session offers space to connect, ask questions, and get a feel for the Breathe & Bloom community in a calm and supportive environment. There will be plenty of toys (and snacks) for the babies/toddlers, and tea, coffee and snacks for the mums.

A gentle starting point if you’re curious, unsure where to begin, or simply want to meet other mums.
