Karen Farrell is a modern day mindfulness and breathworks expert and mother of two!

She is passionate about helping mums find inner peace, calm and balance amidst the chaos of motherhood by teaching relaxation techniques to help mums find greater calm, clarity, and resilience.

Her approach to mindfulness is fun, refreshing and most importantly relevant in these busy modern times. When she’s not looking after her family, Karen can be found going for long walks in nature, practising mindfulness and enjoying the present moment!
