Bump & Mamas is a dual-service wellness and support space for new and existing mums, created to nurture both parent and child in a calm, welcoming environment.

We offer baby sensory and toddler craft classes designed to support early development without overwhelm. Our bi-weekly model allows families flexibility around busy routines and appointments, while gently promoting soft skills and confidence in little ones.

Each session also includes light refreshments for mums and parents, with dedicated time to relax, chat, and connect with others on a similar journey

 Mini Movers | 0–18 months – £7.50 per class

A baby-led sensory class focusing on early motor skills such as grabbing, picking up, and recognition.

Includes:

 Music & sing-alongs

 Exploring soft textures

 Gentle movement & sensory play

 Curious Explorers | 18 months – 3 years – £9.50 per class

A mix of toddler-led and educator-led craft activities designed to spark imagination, creativity, and early learning through play.
