Pre and Post Natal Fitness My mission is to make a positive difference to your health, confidence and fitness so you can continue to be active, stay strong, mobile and pain free throughout your pregnancy and beyond. As a licensed Holistic Core Restore® coach I run specialised programmes that are designed to transform the health of women. Whether you want to safely get or stay fit during pregnancy and prepare for your birth reconnect with your core and pelvic floor and stop leaks heal your diastasis recti help you recover from a c-section (no matter how long ago it was) I can help. As a qualified England Athletics running coach I can help you return to running after having a baby in a safe and progressive way. To ensure you are given support that is tailored to you and your specific needs, all my pre and post natal programmes are offered as 1 to 1's. You can start training with me any time from 14 weeks to full term, and post birth we can begin training from 6 weeks (12 weeks for a c-section birth). Session can be held in Aylesbury, Bicester, Waddesdon, North Marston, Oving, Quainton, Westcott and all surrounding villages.

I've helped women and men establish a new health and fitness regime, run their fastest race times, move after injury or set backs, and bring variety and fun to their existing routines.
