Stronger, Fitter, More Confident - At Your Own Pace

This 6-week course is designed for new mums ready to regain strength safely.

Led by Coach Nicola, a certified pre & postnatal coach (and mum herself!), you’ll get expert guidance and coaching in a supportive, baby-friendly environment.

You’ll have access to two sessions each week (12 sessions in total across the six weeks), one on a Tuesday and one on a Friday.
