This programme is built for new mums who’ve been doing little to no training since giving birth and want a safe, well-guided return to movement. If you’re feeling unsure, anxious or simply need structured support, this is exactly what it’s for.
Our pre- and postnatal coach Nicola will guide you every step of the way. You’ll not only be told what to do, but also why so you understand your body, your recovery and how to progress safely.
Why two sessions a week?
The Tuesday and Friday sessions follow the same stimulus, so attending both reinforces movement patterns and builds consistency. If you can only make one per week, you’ll still get everything you need to move forward safely.
What you'll cover week by week:
Week 1: Pelvic floor activation and bodyweight work
Week 2: Light dumbbell strength and gentle cardio
Week 3: Intro to barbells and basic compound lifts
Week 4: Increased barbell volume and a short workout
Week 5: Higher intensity + heavier barbell work + workout
Week 6: CrossFit-style class to show your readiness + pathway into our full memberships
