Groove Baby is a family friendly way to get your steps in and raise your heart rate!

you’ll find no nursery rhymes here… just great tunes (requests accepted ha ha) and space to step, dance and wiggle your way to a light sweat and a clear mind.

the class can be as intense or as chilled as you want to make it, we talk a little about post pregnancy recovery and how to protect our bodies whilst moving.

classes are open to everyone and all children, babes in arms, slings or children dancing along.

it’s a lighthearted way to ensure your body is moving and we chill out afterwards with drinks and biscuits

If at Hopscotch the sessions are upstairs. There is parking.
I use a flashing disco light but this can be off it you are sensitive to light just let me know xx
