Echo & Crescent offers sound healing sessions for babies, young children, and families - gentle, sensory spaces where you can slow down together, connect, and feel truly held.

These sessions are all about wellbeing for the whole family. Through calming sound baths, gentle instruments, and sensory play, I create spaces that feel peaceful, playful, and supportive. Some children lie back and listen, others explore with joy and curiosity. The vibrations of sound meet each child just as they are, helping to calm busy minds, soothe the nervous system, and bring a sense of balance and ease.

Inspired by the forest school ethos, I value child-led exploration, sensory learning, and connection to the natural world. Alongside the sound healing, I weave in seasonal stories, nature-inspired crafts, and moments of calm connection, helping children feel grounded and at home in themselves and the rhythms of the world around them.
