Description

Delivered in a safe and fun environment, our Pre-school classes are aimed at our younger gymnasts aged from 15 months to 4 years old, and are designed to support both their physical and emotional development.

Sessions start with a warm-up to music, with gymnasts encouraged to use imagination while moving to nursery rhymes and songs. Gymnasts explore specialist equipment including bars, beams, & air track, to develop their A, B, Cs – agility, balance, and co-ordination.
