FATOWL FITNESS

Our experienced teachers are experts in fitness and working with babies and young children. This combination means you will enjoy a class that is specially crafted to support you to be a healthy, happy parent whilst having fun with your little one(s).

The story behind our Fitness classes:

Our teacher Pavla started coming to FATOWL classes when her twins were tiny where she met Lesley, our founder. Lesley was interested in getting fitter and Pavla started training Lesley in the evenings as they all lived in the same street, which had a grass square in the middle. Lesley was not into fitness at all but was inspired by Pavla and most of all had fun! This ignited Lesley’s love of fitness too and in 2023 Lesley ran her first marathon!
