Description
This class is designed for pregnant women through all three trimesters. Exercises will be adapted depending on your own personal fitness level and where you are in your pregnancy. The exercises are put together to support the adaptations that a mother goes through during pregnancy and are there to strengthen the muscles we need to keep
our bodies strong and healthy through this amazing process.
