I am a midwife with 15 year experience. I am also level 1 BSL trained (and currently studying level 2)

I am mum to 2 wild boys, and spend my days working as a research midwife, and navigating the journey of motherhood. My most used parenting phrase might just be "Gentle Hands", and I have dedicated a lot of time learning and understanding emotional development in toddlers and children. From this, Gentle Hands Parenting was born!
