About

Hi. I’m Gail. I’ve been teaching yoga in Shropshire and Clwyd since 2016, but I’ve been practising yoga since 1996, when I attended my first class at university. Ever since, yoga has been a huge part of my life, giving me strength, flexibility, calmness and mindfulness, and has helped me tremendously through life’s many journeys. I came to realise that the positive influence yoga has on me was something I wanted to be able to share with others. I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga for 3 years and I now teach full time, and I love it! I have continued with my yoga teacher training over the years, and now alongside Hatha Yoga, I am also qualified to teach Yoga and Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Birth, Post-Natal Rehab Yoga, Mum & Baby Yoga, Birth Preparation Workshops, Teen Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Menopause Yoga, Yoga and Mindfulness for Children, and Qigong. Due to my extensive training, I teach a variety of styles of classes (including online classes) to cater for anyone who wishes to invite yoga into their lives. I like to focus on alignment, breath awareness, meditation and relaxation, and I encourage my students to become their own inner teacher, listening to cues within their body to make their yoga experience unique to them.
