I'm delighted to share details of the Kids Reflex programme accredited Children's Reflexology sessions, specially designed for parents, grandparents, and caregivers.

Through engaging interactive activities, you'll learn techniques to support your child with common ailments, such as teething, earache, coughs, colds, reflux, constipation, whilst also helping to support their immune system.

The sessions will enhance balanced emotions to encourage calm, foster growth and development, nurture bonding and build relationships.
You're welcome to join the small, friendly group sessions. Each session is an opportunity to learn new skills, encourage a child's development and to socialise.
