I'm delighted to share details of the accredited Children's Reflexology sessions, specially designed for parents, grandparents, and caregivers.

Through engaging interactive activities, you'll learn techniques to support your child with common ailments, such as teething, earache, coughs, colds, reflux, constipation, whilst also helping to support their immune system.

The sessions will enhance balanced emotions to encourage calm, foster growth and development, nurture bonding and build relationships.

You're welcome to join the small, friendly group sessions. Each session is an opportunity to learn new skills, encourage a child's development and to socialise. Plus, you'll receive a booklet after each session, so you can continue practising at home.

The sessions start Friday 27 February at 9:30am-10:30am every Friday for four weeks, finishing 20 March 2026.

Free Car Parking available to the rear of the building. ** The access road to the car park is located between two buildings and a very tight turn. The local co-op car park is 2 mins away and charge a nominal fee.

Venue has a lift, ground floor toilets, baby changing facility and self service refreshment area.
