Each session includes gentle sensory play for baby, uplifting music and singing you’ll actually enjoy, and a simple mindful moment just for you.

We create a relaxed space where mums can move, breathe, bond with baby, and feel connected — not just to their little ones, but to themselves and other lovely local mums too.
