In this course you will:

• MOVE AND SOOTHE Through our original and beautiful sound tracks, discover ways to relax, breathe and move as you rock and sway your baby wrapped in a sound blanket of heart beating rhythms.
• MAKE NEW FRIENDS In a world of busy, where wider family may live further away, this is a great opportunity to make new connections with other parents in your local community, forging friendships for life.

Within this course you will also get different photo opportunities each week, our course guide giving you access to all the movements at home too and our original soundtrack.

Easy buggy parking in the room, and baby changing facilities. This is a baby led class.
