Hatched aquanatal classes are designed to support both your physical and emotional health during all stages of pregnancy. The expertly designed aquatic exercises perfectly balance both cardiovascular exercise and relaxation, helping to optimise wellness throughout pregnancy and prepare the body for birth.

The Class:

Classes are led by expert Midwife and Health Visitor Emily. Emily has completed training in Aquanatal teaching from the leading training provider Aquafusion who are endorsed by the Royal College of Midwives. Your class content has been designed by professional experts within the maternity and physiotherapy fields with appropriate consideration given to the changes that take place to the pregnant body. The exercises within the class are safe and effective for all stages of pregnancy and can be adjusted for any level of fitness.

Classes are 35 minutes in duration and always begin with a check-in by Emily to ensure your safety and wellbeing are prioritised within the water.

The remaining 30 minutes perfectly balances aerobic exercises and muscular strength and endurance movements, along with some time at the end to focus on relaxation.

The Pool:

Nestled in the countryside, the pool boasts wonderful views. Feel yourself unwind the moment you approach the pool as you enjoy the tranquil setting.

Unlike many other pools, Aqua Include ensures the water is maintained at an optimal temperature which means you will feel comfortable and won’t be left shivering during the class!

Class sizes are kept to an intimate size of 7 people which provides an ideal setting for you to meet and connect with other mums-to-be. And as just one class runs at a time, you won’t be disturbed by other swimmers, allowing you to fully enjoy the session.

The changing rooms are also impeccably clean to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing experience both in and out of the pool.
