Mum & Baby Yoga – Fridays at 10:30 AM (1 Hour)
A gentle and slow yoga class designed especially for new mums and their babies (ideally from around 4–6 weeks old, and before they start crawling).
This weekly session focuses on gentle postnatal yoga to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and gradually rebuild strength—all while bonding with your baby in a calm, supportive environment.
Babies stay close by throughout the class, either on your mat or in your arms. Movements are gentle and adapted to suit your postnatal stage, with plenty of options for rest and feeding as needed.
The studio is warm and cosy, with blankets available for added comfort. You're welcome to bring your baby in a carrier if possible, but pushchairs are also fine.
No previous yoga experience needed—just come as you are :)
easy pram access but we advice mums to come with baby in a baby carrier.
